Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of youtiko.com and the Youtiko platform and apps (the "Service") provided by Youtiko ("Youtiko", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent ("you"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Youtiko is an AI business platform. You can install apps (such as CRM, commerce, marketing, conversations, website and courses), build your own, and use AI agents and workflows across them. Features may differ by plan and some are marked as coming soon.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract for your business.
  • Keep your login details safe and the information in your account accurate.
  • You are responsible for everything done by the people you invite to your workspace.

3. Trial, plans and payment

  • New workspaces may start with a free trial. When it ends without a paid plan, the workspace becomes read-only; your data is not deleted straight away.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown when you subscribe. Taxes are added where required.
  • Plans include usage limits (for example team members, records, workflow runs, storage and AI credits). Included AI credits reset each billing month and do not roll over.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are not refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Your data

You own the data you and your team put into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us the right to host, process and transmit Customer Data only as needed to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and use your customers' data, including for messages you send them. You can export your data while your workspace is active.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law, or infringe anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or misuse connected channels against their own rules;
  • upload malware, or try to access other workspaces, our systems or data without permission;
  • overload, reverse engineer or resell the Service, except as these Terms allow;
  • use AI features to create illegal, harmful or deceptive content.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put the Service or other users at risk.

6. AI features

AI features use third-party models and can produce output that is wrong or incomplete. Review AI output before relying on it, especially before sending it to customers or making decisions with it. You are responsible for how you use AI output and for the instructions you give AI agents and workflows.

7. Third-party services

The Service can connect to third-party services (for example messaging channels, payment gateways and AI providers). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Our intellectual property

Youtiko owns the Service, including its software, design and brand. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. If you send us feedback, we may use it without any obligation to you.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. We may improve, change or retire features; if we remove a major paid feature, we will tell you in advance.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms or do not pay. After closure we delete Customer Data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Youtiko is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. We will first try to resolve any dispute informally; if that fails, it will be settled by the competent courts of Vietnam.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and change the date above; for important changes we will notify account owners by email at least 15 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.
